The Abhidhamma on the paramattha-dhamma, the ultimate realities consist of four categories including citta (consciousness), cetasika (mental factore), rūpa (matter) and nibbāna. In other words, they are citta-paramattha 89, cetasika-paramattha 52, rūpa-paramattha 28, and nibbāna 1. May the results of this merit support me to escape from the cycle of birth and death and to cut out of the five Mara (devils). May I attain Nibbāna as my wishes definitely. May this be a condition for us to reach Nibbāna constantly and certainly, the great bliss.
