The text was written in Pali language on the Nissaggiya Pācittiya that is the Pācittiya offences that lead to have to give up the things. The monk who violated this kind of offence must give up the things that cause the offence first in order to penalize the penalities. There are a total of 30 precepts divided into three chapters including Cīivara vagga (the robe-cloth chapter containing 10 precepts), Kosiya vagga (the silk chapter containing 10 precepts), and Patta vagga (the bowl chapter containing 10 precepts).
