Vinaya text mentions investigation of a man who would be ordained as a monk in Buddhism. He is prohibited to be ordained as a monk or even if he has been already a monk he has to be forced to disrobe. Because he is a forbidden person. The banned person includes a homosexual, a person who ordained himself, a person who believes in other religions, a person who conducted matricide, a person who conducted patricide, a person who conducted killing an arahant, and a person who conducted rape of a female monk. Colophon: Folio 10 on the recto side: Maha Sangkat (corresponding with CS) 1253 (AD 1891), a huang mao year, on the eleventh day of the waning moon of the twelfth lunar month, the fifth day of the week (Thursday). The writing of this manuscript was accomplished at the time of the kòng ngai (between 7.30 - 9.00 o’clock). Sao (Ms) Kaeophila and all her children, grandchildren, relatives had the ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled "Rattanasut" to prolong the Teachings of the Buddha to last until 5000 years.
