The content tells about the additional rule of the second disciplinary rule of the Pārājikā, is about taking what is not given. In the Buddha’s time, there was a group of six monks who stole the cloth of the dyer, which was drying in the forest. When other monks protested and questioned them about that, the six monks answered that, the disciplinary rule was used in the area of villages only. When the case happened, the Buddha laid down the additional rule such as any bhikkhu take what is not given with the value of 5 Masaka in any place must be confessed of Pārājikā (defeat).
