ກ່າວເຖິງຕອນ ນາງວິສາຂາສ້າງວັດບຸບຜາຣາມ. ວັນໜຶ່ງນາງສາຂາ ໄປຟັງພະທໍາມະເທດສະໜາຈາກພະພຸດທະອົງ ແລ້ວລືມເຄື່ອງປະດັບ ທີ່ຮຽກວ່າ ມະຫາລະດາປະສາທະນະ ໄວ້ທີ່ສາລາຟັງທໍາ. ພະອານົນເຖລະເຈົ້າໄດ້ເກັບເຄື່ອງປະດັບນັ້ນຮັກສາໄວ້ໃຫ້ ເມື່ອນາງຮູ້ວ່າ ເຄື່ອງປະດັບນັ້ນ ພະອານົນເກັບໄວ້ໃຫ້ ຈຶ່ງບອກຍິງຄົນໃຊ້ຖວາຍເຄື່ອງປະດັບນັ້ນໃຫ້ແກ່ພະອານົນ ແຕ່ພະອານົນບໍ່ຮັບ. ນາງວິສາຂາ ຈຶ່ງນໍາເອົາເຄື່ອງປະດັບໄປຂາຍໄດ້ເງິນ ໙ ໂກດ ກັບ ໑ ແສນ ກະຫະປະນະ ແລ້ວເອົາເງິນຈໍານວນນັ້ນໄປສ້າງວັດ. ພະພຸດທະເຈົ້າຕັດສັ່ງໃຫ້ພະມະຫາໂມກຄັນລານະເປັນຜູ້ຮັບຜິດຊອບດູແລໃນການກໍ່ສ້າງ ຊຶ່ງມີລັກສະນະເປັນປາສາດ ໒ ຊັ້ນ ມີຫ້ອງສໍາຫລັບພະພິກຂຸພັກອາໄສຊັ້ນລະ ໕໐໐ ຫ້ອງ ໂດຍໃຊ້ເວລາໃນການກໍ່ສ້າງ ໙ ເດືອນ ຈຶ່ງສໍາເລັດແລະໃສ່ຊື່ວ່າພະວິຫານບຸບພາຣາມ.
The text tell Visakha built the monastery of Buppharam. One day Visakha went to listen to a sermon from the Buddha, then forget about her ornament called the Mahaladapasathana in the Dhamma pavilion. Ananda Thera kept the ornament. When she found out that Ananda Thera had kept the ornament, she told the maid to give it to him, but the Venerable did not accept it. Visakha then sold the ornament for 9 koth and 1 hundred thousand Kahapana. She then use that money to build a temple. The Buddha ordered Maha Mok Khan Lanna to be in charge of the construction. It was a two-storey castle with 500 rooms for monks on each floor. It took six months to complete the construction and renamed it as “Buppharam Temple”.
