B-0037 and B-0111; this is the third Ms. found in Thrissur of this little-known commentary, generally excluded from current editions of Śaṅkara's works. Note that the last portion of the Upaniṣad, namely the saṃhitopaniṣad, is found here separately, after the completion statement. (images 0173-0225). Saṃhitopaniṣadvivaraṇa - last part of the Aitareyopaniṣadbhāṣya, longer version (images 0225-0245). Chāndogyopaniṣadvivaraṇa (= Chāndogyopaniṣadbhāṣya) [f° 135v to 144r: 1st prapāṭhaka; f° 144r to 149v: 2nd prapāṭhaka; f° 149v to 156v: 3rd prapāṭhaka; f° 156v to 162v: 4th prapāṭhaka; f° 162v to 172v: 5th prapāṭhaka; f° 172v to 184r: 6th prapāthaka; f° 184r to 189v: 7th prapāṭhaka; f° 189v to 201r: 8th prapāṭhaka], all by Śaṅkara (images 0245-0376). These are Brahmasūtras (Śrīmadbādarāyaṇasūtras) attributed to Bādarāyaṇa [f° 1 to 2r: 1st adhyāya; f° 2r to 4r: 2nd adhyāya; f° 4r to 7r: 3rd adhyāya; f° 7r to 8r: 4th adhyāya] (images 0378-0392). [Viṣṇusahasranāma (nāmāvali)] - not the versified Viṣṇusahasranāma, but a row of isolated invocations, in prose [nāmāvali] (images 0394-0407). [Śivastuti] - 18 verses, numbered 1 to 18 (images 0408-0409). The first eleven texts are written in Grantha script. There is one stray leaf containing a Vedāntic fragment in the bundle. Most of the texts are complete. The manuscript is in good condition.
