3543 issues showcasing the identity crisis of what’s called nowadays Lebanon”: divide amongst Lebanese in agreement with/against several nationalist’s movements, their views/activism towards independence in relation to religious affiliations (Judaism, Christianity & Islam). They reveal the diverse viewpoints of everyday life in Lebanon and surrounding Arab countries: geopolitical, social, educational, political economy... highlighting the dynamics of localities from social/anthropological perspectives. Some journalists were “martyred/killed”; publishing moved outside of Lebanon. The collection relates to more than 12 subject-terms as: Identity-based: Till present time, there is no national history book approved by Lebanese as they haven't agreed on their past. Such historical material reveals the views pro/against the political rules from 1895 to 1950 (Ottoman, WW1, Sykes-Picot, French mandate, WW2, independence).
