Title in original script: தலைப்பு இல்லை (மருந்து) The manuscript is formed by 15 palm leaves, with and without numbers, coming from various medical texts written in prose. Its state is extremely bad, the leaves being more and less damaged by larvae and fungus making them easily breakable, and being partly bitten by rodents. The leaves describe the simple method to prepare calcined white medicines based on metals and minerals (paṟpam) and present formulations of complex medicines by specifying the diseases for which they are appropriate: Calcined white medicine prepared from metals and minerals: Karuvaṅka paṟpam, Nāka paṟpam and Tāmira paṟpam. Calcined red medicine prepared from metals and minerals: Karuvaṅka centūram. Stone-like medicines: Liṅka kaṭṭu, Cāra kaṭṭu, Vīra kaṭṭu and Raca kaṭṭu. Medicines (not named) for treating burning urination (nīr ericcal), ear diseases (cevi nōy) and dysentery (kirāṇi). The text presents a medicinal plant that affects male potency (tātu muṟivu mūli). It explains the method to prepare a pungent watery product (cāra ceyanīr) used to purify raw materials and the process to make two kinds of crucibles (tiruvulai) used to calcinate products one made of nine metals (navalōka), and the other of sulphur (kantaka).
