Title in original script: தலைப்பு இல்லை (மருந்து செய்முறைகள்) The manuscript is composed of a text containing 21 palm leaves composed of leaves numbered 5, 9-11, 16-21 and 11 without numbering. The manuscript is in good condition; a few leaves are slightly damaged and one is severely damaged by larvae. The text, composite, is written in prose. It presents formulations of medicines for treating diverse diseases and informs on the appropriate time of administration. The formulations consist in Pāḷai eṇṇey, Kāya eṇṇey, Tāḷaka eṇṇey and Pēykommaṭṭi eṇṇey, and Aya meḻuku. The text indicates some medicines (not named; maruntu) for treating diseases of the skull (kapāla cūlai), 32 types of growths (kiranti), anemia (pāṇṭu), scrotal swelling (aṇṭa vātam), flatulence (vayiṟṟuḷaivu), intestinal worms (kīrai pūcci), types of veneral diseases (pitta veṭṭai, veṭṭai, piramiyam), bronchial asthma (cuvāca kācam), cough (irumal), an external application (mēl pūccu) for treating stiffness in joints (tiṭṭu muṭṭu), a decoction (kaṣāyam) for treating burns (cūṭṭu), and an oil (eṇṇey) for reducing haemoptysis (ratta kācam). It explains the preparation of a medicine for treating anemia (pāṇṭu cōkai) according to the method of Atirām Paṭṭiṇam Ācāri and that for treating diabetes mellitus (nīriḻivu) defined by Tēraiyar. Size of the manuscript: 17,8cm x 2,8cm. The palm leaves of the text are composed of 10 palm leaves numbered 5, 9 to 11, 16 to 21 and 11 without numbering. There are two blank leaves placed at the begining and the end of the manuscript. The manuscript is in good condition; a few leaves are slightly damaged and one is severely damaged by larvae.
