It is a commentary on Ṭupṭīkā, one of the three celebrated works of Kumārilabhaṭṭa, which are the glosses on Śabara Svāmin’s commentary on Jaimini’s Mīmāṁsāsūtras. Ṭupṭīkā is based on 9 chapters (4th to 12th) of Jaminisūtras. This ms contains only the 12th chapter which are divided into four pādas (quarters).
