The manuscript is generally in bad condition. The bookblock - deformed, shrunken in all margins due to water damage. Water stains are visible in initial and final part of the book. Edges of folios are very weak, brittle, shrunken and in dark-brown colour. All folios are dusty on all surface. The glass-like layer can be observed. A lot of smaller losses of margins in last folios are visible. The binding - bare wooden boards. Front cover broken and repaired with the thick thread. Both very dirty and damaged.
