The front cover contains the title and the owner''s name. The contents are written with India ink on thin paper folded in two. The contents are written in Akhar Thrah script. Pages 01 and 02 are torn in half. Page 10 has pictures and symbols. Page 26 has holes from insect damage. The manuscript was folded in two. The manuscript covers religious themes. Contents: rituals of exorcism. Size: 30 x 35 cm.

The manuscript was passed down by ancestors. Mr. Luu Sanh Thanh has inherited the manuscript from Superior Priest Truong Dinh (Hoai Trung). Several manuscripts were collected by himself. Author is unknown.
