The original cover is missing, owner (Mr. Thanh Chau) made a new one via calendar paper (2 layers) in 2002. The front cover is written in pencil. The back cover is written in marker. This manuscript was inherited by Mr. Thanh Chau from his grandfather, named Duong Po, in 2002. Author is unknown.
