The original covers are missing, owner (Mr. Thanh Chau) made new covers with a Cham exercise book (2 layers) in 2002. The manuscript has 5 pages erased. Pages 1 to 12 are torn on the left sides. Pages 16 and 17 are written in pen with covered unclear letters. Page 25 is torn and 26 is nearly torn in half. The topics of this manuscript are ceremony, magic, medical treatments.
