Kriyāyogasāra (Purāṇa)

Such things as the removal of sin without knowledge of the Vedas is discussed and suggests that only through the worship of Viṣṇu and especially Kṛṣṇa, as well as through visiting pilgrimage sites, and the performance of penances (vratas) can one be led to salvation or release (mokṣa) from the cycle of life and death.
