Italia Unita Sociedad [1920s-1930s]

Description: The Sociedad Italia Unita (the United Italian Society) was one of the first centers of general education created by the Italian immigrants in the 1870s. It was part of the Italian pedagogic commission summing up 1800 educational associations that were scarcely enough given the number of Italian immigrants in the country.
