O processo investiga o crime de agressão e ameaça feita a Alzira Magno da Silva e Souza e de que foi acusado Joaquim Furtado da Silva ocorrido no dia 27 de Junho de 1923. O acusado ameaçou a vítima de morte através de uma carta enviada de Pernambuco. O acusado, que era vizinho da vítima, invadiu seu quintal e a agarrou pelo braço exigindo que a mesma lhe desse uma faca, a vítima não quis entregar o objeto e acabou sendo agredida e ameaçada no mesmo local.
