Victim and accused were enemies, the latter claiming to be a creditor of a debt that he swore he had no knowledge of, which led to several death threats from the accused. The defendant was acquitted.
O documento é um inquérito policial aberta pelo Departamento de Segurança Pública do Estado do Pará em 04 de outubro de 1907 e destinado ao Juízo de Direito da 4ª Vara Penal. Vítima e acusado eram inimigos, alegando este ser credor de uma dívida que aquele jurava não ter conhecimento, o que levou a diversas ameaças de morte por parte do acusado. O réu foi absolvido.
