Os três réus eram soldados da aeronáutica e durante uma investigação sobre o desaparecimento de uma máquina de escrever, descobriu-se que os réus faziam uso de maconha dentro das dependências do quartel. Ao fim do processo, a denúncia foi julgada improcedente e os réus foram absolvidos.
