Policiais foram até a residencia do réu para verificar a denuncia de que ele vendia "maconha". Ao verificar a troca de mercadorias e revistar os compradores, encontraram cigarros de "maconha", indo até o réu o prendendo em flagrante. Em 1983 a punibilidade do processo foi extinta.
