One of the partners of the firm, Mr. Edgar Xerfan, notice that the daily collections didn't correspond to the turnover in the establishment and began to observe the accused. After the investigation was initiated, the accused filed a lawyer claiming to have been threatened to sign the document in which she admitted guilt for the missing money.

Ela teria desviado para si valores recebidos dos clientes. Um dos sócios da firma Sr. Edgar Xerfan notou que os recolhimentos diários não correspondiam ao movimento no estabelecimento e passou a observar a denunciada. Após o início do inquérito a denunciada entrou com advogado afirmando ter sido ameaçada para assinar o documento em que ela admitia culpa pelo sumiço do dinheiro.
