O documento é um processo de defloramento aberto pela 5ª Vara Penal em 15 de outubro de 1936 referente ao crime cometido contra a vítima Maria Yolanda Saraiva. Réu e vítima vinham mantendo relações de namoro há três meses, tendo o réu se aproveitado de uma ocasião onde a vítima estava sozinha em casa para cometer o crime. Ao final do documento, a denúncia foi, primeiramente, julgada como improcedente. No entanto, através de recurso, a sentença foi revertida e o réu foi condenado. Após sua prisão, o réu recorreu da decisão e foi inocentado.
