O documento é um processo de defloramento aberto pela 5ª Vara Penal em 22 de junho de 1935 referente ao crime cometido contra a vítima Marina Perdigão Guimarães. Réu e vítima mantinham relações de namoro há dois anos, tendo ele se aproveitado de uma ocasião onde estava sozinho com a vítima na casa dela. Ao final do documento, a denúncia foi julgada como procedente e o réu foi condenado à prisão. No entanto, o acusado se casou com a vítima, a sentença foi extinta. O documento se encontra bastante deteriorado.
