O documento é um processo de defloramento aberto pela 4ª Vara Penal em 18 de dezembro de 1932 referente ao crime cometido contra a vítima Maria Cordolina dos Santos. Réu e vítima mantinham relações de namoro, tendo se utilizado de promessas de casamento para cometer o crime, durante um passeio noturno. Durante o processo, a denúncia foi julgada procedente e o réu, condenado à prisão. No entanto, o réu recorreu da decisão, para tentar livramento, tendo desistido da apelação. Mesmo assim, o réu foi libertado da prisão quando o processo foi julgado prescrito. Após a libertação, réu e vítima se casaram.
