O documento é um processo de defloramento aberto pela 4ª Vara Penal em 24 de janeiro de 1928 referente ao crime cometido contra a vítima Benedicta Rodrigues da Silveira. Réu e vítima eram namorados, tendo ele se aproveitado da ocasião de encontrar a menor sozinha em casa para cometer o crime, prometendo casamento a ela. Ao final do documento, conclui-se que o processo foi arquivado, uma vez que o réu tomou a vítima em casamento.
