A vítima trabalhava em sua máquina de costura, ao ser incomodada com o alto som que vinha do radio de sua vizinha, pediu que abaixasse o som que incomodava a vizinhança e seu marido doente, tendo como resposta das rés, suas vizinhas, palavras ofencivas e incitação a briga, o marido da vítima ao aparecer para defender a honra de sua esposa também foi ofendido. O processo terminou com uma retratação das rés.
