Condition of original material: Manuscript, text written in black and blue ink. Typewritten. The ink is faded. The sheets are covered with yellow stains and rust stains. The leaves are lined with white paper on the left side. Folio 5: lined with white paper in the upper right corner and at the bottom right side.
