ເນື້ອໃນພັນລະນາພຸດທະຄຸນ ໙ ປະການ ໄດ້ແກ່ ໑. ອະຣະຫັງ ເປັນຜູ້ໄກຈາກກິເລດ, ໒. ສໍາມາສໍາພຸດໂທ ເປັນຜູ້ຕັດສະຮູ້ຊອບດ້ວຍພະອົງເອງ, ໓. ວິຊາຈາຣະນະສໍາປັນໂນ ເປັນຜູ້ເຖິງພ້ອມດ້ວຍວິຊາແລະຈາລະນະ, ໔. ສຸຄະໂຕ ເປັນຜູ້ສະເດັດໄປດີແລ້ວ, ໕. ໂລກະວິທູ ເປັນຜູ້ຮູ້ແຈ້ງແກ່ໂລກ, ໖. ອະນຸດຕະໂຣ ປຸຣິສະທໍາມະສາຣະຖີ ເປັນຜູ້ທີ່ສາມາດຝຶກບຸລຸດທີ່ສົມຄວນຝຶກໄດ້ດີແລ້ວ ບໍ່ມີໃຜຍິ່ງໄປກວ່າ, ໗. ສັດຖາ ເທວະມະນຸດສານັງ ເປັນສາດສະດາຂອງເທວະດາແລະມະນຸດທັງຫລາຍ, ໘. ພຸດໂທ ເປັນຜູ້ຕື່ນ ຜູ້ເບີກບານ, ໙. ພະຄະວາຕິ ເປັນຜູ້ມີຄວາມຈໍາເລີນ ຊົງຈໍາແນກແຈກແຈງທໍາແລ້ວ.

The content describes the nine qualities of the Buddha including 1. Arahaṃ, the accomplished one, 2. Sammasambuddho, the perfectly enlightened one, 3. Vijja carana sampanno, the endowed one with knowledge and conduct, 4. Sugato, the well-gone one, 5. Lokavidū, the knower of the wolrds, 6. Anuttaro purisa dhamma sārathī, the incomparable leader of men to be tamed, 7. Sāttha deva manussanam, the teacher of celestials and human beings, 8. Buddho, the enlightened one, and 9. Bhagavāti, the blessed one.
