ເນມິຣາດ (ຜູກ ໗)

ເນມິຣາດຊາດົກ ເປັນເລື່ອງລາວທີ່ພະໂພທິສັດເຈົ້າສະເຫວີຍພະຊາດເປັນພະເຈົ້າເນມິຣາດປົກຄອງເມືອງມິຖິລາ. ເມື່ອໄວເຍົາກໍ່ສົນໃຈໃນການໃຫ້ທານ ຮັກສາສີນອຸໂປສົດແລະປະຕິບັດທໍາ ແລະອະທິດຖານທີ່ຈະປະຕິບັດແບບນີ້ຕະຫຼອດໄປ. ເມື່ອຂຶ້ນສະເຫວີຍຣາດແທນພະບິດາທີ່ອອກບວດໄປແລ້ວ ກໍ່ໄດ້ສັ່ງສອນໃຫ້ປະຊາຊົນຮັກສາສີນ ທໍາບຸນໃຫ້ທານທົ່ວພະນະຄອນ ຜົນແຫ່ງການທໍາຄວາມດີນີ້ເປັນທີ່ສັນລະເສີນທົ່ວທັງສະຫວັນແລະມະນຸດໂລກ. ເມື່ອຜູ້ຄົນທັງຫຼາຍຕາຍໄປ ກໍ່ໄດ້ໄປເກດີເປັນເທວະດາ ຕ່າງກໍ່ພາກັນສໍານຶກວ່າ ເປັນເພາະພະເຈົ້າເນມິຣາດໂດຍແທ້ ຈິ່ງຢາກກັບມາຊົມພະບາລະມີອີກຄັ້ງ ພະຍາອິນຈຶ່ງມາຕະລີເທບພະບຸດນໍາຣາຊະລົດມາຮັບພະເຈົ້າເນມິຣາດຂຶ້ນໄປຊົມສະຫວັນແລະນະຮົກ ແລະເຊີນໃຫ້ສະເຫວີຍສຸກໃນສະຫວັນ ແຕ່ພະອົງບໍ່ຮັບ ໄດ້ກັບມາປົກຄອງເມືອງມະນຸດແລະສັ່ງສອນໃຫ້ຜູ້ຄົນປະກອບແຕ່ຄຸນງາມຄວາມດີຕໍ່ໄປ ເພື່ອບໍ່ຕ້ອງໄປຕົກນະຮົກ. ໃນທີ່ສຸດ ພະອົງກໍ່ສະຫຼະຣາຊະສົມບັດໃຫ້ພະໂອລົດແລ້ວສະເດັດອອກບວດທີ່ປ່າໝາກມ່ວງຈົນສະຫວັນນະຄົດ. ບາລະມີໃນເລື່ອງກໍ່ຄື ອະທິດຖານະປາລະມີ. ຄໍາລົງທ້າຍ: ລານທີ ໒໔ ໜ້າ ໑: ຈຸນລະສັງກາດຣາຊະໄດ້ ໑໒໒໘ ຕົວ ປີຮວາຍຍີ່ ເດືອນຈຽງ ຂຶ້ນ ໑໔ ຄໍ່າ ວັນ ໖ ມື້ກົດສະງ້າ ຍາມກອງແລງ ໝາຍມີ ນາງເພັຍໂກສາ ລູກຫລານພີ່ນ້ອງສູ່ຄົນ ມີໃຈເຫລື້ອມໃສໃນ ພຸດທະສາສະໜາເປັນອັນຍິ່ງ ຈິ່ງໄດ້ສ້າງ ລໍາເນມິຣາດ ໄວ້ກັບສາສະໜາພະພຸດທະເຈົ້າ ຕາບຕໍ່ເທົ້າ ໕ ພັນວັດສາ ຂໍໃຫ້ຜູ້ຂ້າໄດ້ດັ່ງຄໍາມັກຄໍາປາດຖະໜາຊູ່ເຍື່ອງຊູ່ປະການແດ່ກໍ່ຂ້າເທີ້ນ.

Nemirāt Sādok (or Nemirāja Jataka) is a story in which the Bodhisatta was born as King Nemirāt ruled Mithila. When he was young, he was interested in giving alms, observing the ubosatha precepts and practicing the Dharma and praying to do so continually. When he ascended the throne instead of his ordained father, he taught the people to observe the precepts and make merit throughout the kingdom. The fruit of this good deed is glorified throughout heaven and on earth. When all those people died, they were born as angels. They all realized that it was because of King Nemirāt that they really wanted to come back to see His Majesty again. Therefore, Indra gave Matali the god to take a chariot to bring King Nemirāt to see heaven and hell and invite the king to enjoy heaven. But the king did not accept. He came back to the human world and taught people to continue doing good deeds in order not to go to hell. Finally, he abdicated the throne to his son and went to ordination in the mango forest until his death. The perfection of this story is "Perfection of Determination". Colophon: Folio 24 on the recto side: Chunlasangkatrasa (CS) 1228, a hwai nyi year, on the fourteenth day of the waxing moon of the first lunar month, the sixth day of the week (Friday), a kot sanga day, [the writing was accomplished] at the time of kòng laeng (between 13.30–15.00 o’clock). Nang Phia Kosa and all her children, grandchildren had the ardent religious faith in the Teachings of the Buddha to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Nemirāt (Nemirāja) to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end 5000 years.
