Anisong pha nen refers to the rewards of allowing the sons to be ordained as monks or novices in Buddhism. On one occasion, the Buddha was present at the Jetavana monastery in Savatthi. At the time, a couple approached the presence of the Buddha and offered him six lotus flowers and prayed that, “May we both have sons, we will let them to be ordained in Buddhism. Later, the couple had six sons. When the sons grew up, they let them all be ordained monks. With this rewards, after death, the couple were reborn in Tavatimsa heaven.
