The bundle contains the Ṛksaṃhitābhāṣya by Sāyaṇa, described here as a part of a larger work, the Mādhavīyavedaprakāśa. It is incomplete, comprising only the first aṣṭaka and part of the second (further division is into adhyāyas); 1st part: 1.1.1 to 1.1.4; second par: 1.1.5 to 1.2.3. (maṇḍala.aṣṭaka.adhyāya). It is a very large bundle, one of the most voluminous in the whole collection; several scribes apparently contributed to its writing; some corrections are visible in blue pen, a sign that the manuscript may have been used for study at a recent date.
