கம்பராமாயணம் : சுந்தர காண்டம்

This work Kambaramayanam of Kambar has six divisions as Bala, Ayothiya, Aranya, Kishkinda, Sundara and Yuddha kandas with 123 chapters. It depects the life of Rama in Tamil languages. This manuscript has 15 chapters from Virathan vadha chapter to Sabarisodasa padalam with 1381 stanzas. This manuscript dealt with Hanuman as messenger to Rama and Sita in Sundara kandam. This manuscript starts with leaf no 286. பால காண்டம், அயோத்தியா காண்டம், ஆரண்யக் காண்டம், கிட்கிந்தா காண்டம், சுந்தர காண்டம், யுத்தக் காண்டம் ஆக ஆறு காண்டங்களையும் 123 படலங்களையும் கொண்ட இராமபிரானின் வாழ்க்கை வரலாற்றை கம்பர் படைத்துள்ளார். இச்சுவடி, விராதன் வதைப்படலம் தொடங்கி சவரி சோடச படலம் ஈறாக 15 படலங்களில் 1381 பாடல்கள் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளன. சுந்தரனாகிய அனுமன் இராமனைப் பிரிந்த சீதைக்கும், சீதையைப் பிரிந்த இராமனுக்கும் இடையே தூது சென்று அவர்தம் உள்ளக் கருத்தை உள்ளபடி விளக்கிய கதையினைச் சுந்தரக் காண்டம் எடுத்துரைக்கிறது. ஏட்டெண் 285இல் நூல் தொடங்குகிறது.
