This manuscript dealt with preparation of various siddha medicines such as tablets, oils and thailas for animal bites and other diseases. It starts with leaf no 14 and Leaf nos 35, 36, 54 and 72 are missing. சிந்தாதி லேகியம், அருகவேர் தயிலம், கொடிவேலி தயிலம், மேகத்துக்குச் சந்தனாதி தயிலம், பச்சவெட்டி எண்ணை, பரங்கிப்பட்டை ரசாயணம், கெந்தகத் தயிலம், கொம்பரக்குத் தயிலம், வெரும் வயித்துக் கழிச்சலுக்கு மருந்து, சலக்கழிச்சலுக்கு கசாயம், மேகத்துக்குச் சூரணம், எலிகடிக்கு மருந்து, பிரமியம் கிரந்த வெட்டைக்குச் சூரணம் போன்ற மருந்து செய்முறைகள் பற்றியும் அவை போக்கும் நோய்கள் பற்றியும் எடுத்துரைப்பதாக இச்சுவடி அமைந்துள்ளது.  ஏட்டெண் 14இல் நூல் தொடங்குகிறது.  ஏட்டெண் 35, 36, 54, 72 ஆகிய ஏடுகள் இல்லை.
