This manuscript is siddha medicinal works collected from seven books of Bhogar and dealt with preparation of medicine and the diseases to be cured in 651 stanzas. Leaf no 67 is missing and three leaves are available in end of the manuscript. வங்க பற்பம், தாமிர பற்பம், சூத செந்தூரம், கெந்தக செந்தூரம் உள்ளிட்ட பல மருந்து செய்முறைகள் பற்றியும் அவை போக்கும் நோய்கள் பற்றியும் போகர் எழுதிய ஏழு நூல்களில் இருந்து தொகுக்கப்பெற்ற 651 பாடல்கள் கொண்டதாக இச்சுவடி அமைந்துள்ளது. ஏட்டெண் 67ஆம் ஏடு இல்லை. இறுதியில் மூன்று ஏடுகள் கூடுதலாக உள்ளன.
