This manuscript dealt with preparation of various siddha medinces such as tablets, oils, Sooranam, masi, and thailas. It starts with Leaf no. 14 and leaf nos. 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 are missing. உக்கிர வயிரவன் மாந்திரை, முதவயிரவன் மாத்திரை, மந்த வயிரவன் மாத்திரை, சம்பிரதி தயிலம், நிகுண்டலாதி தயிலம், காசசுவாசத்துக்குத் தயிலம், கண்ணுக்கு எண்ணெய், பீனிசத்துக்கு மருந்து, மகாகண்ட காரி கிறுதம் முதலான மருந்து செய்முறைகள் பற்றியும் அவை போக்கம் நோய்கள் பற்றியும் உண்ணும் முறைகள் பற்றியும் இச்சுவடி எடுத்துரைக்கிறது. ஏட்டெண் 14இல் நூல் தொடங்குகிறது. ஏட்டெண் 15-19ஆம் ஏடுகள் இல்லை.
