Digital recording of Dongjing music and ritual performed on the birthday of the Goddess Guanyin. The performance took place in Chuxiong in 2006, and was recorded by Fei Huang and Yanhong Liu. The ceremony was filmed over 4 tracks: track 1 - 01:09:48; track 2 - 01:11:56; track 3 - 01:10:31; track 4 - 00:05:59.Participants in the ceremony are speaking Chinese in the Yunnan dialect.
