ການໃຫ້ທານ ເມື່ອປະກອບດ້ວຍຄວາມບໍລິສຸດ ໓ ປະການ ຍ່ອມຈະສົ່ງຜົນໃຫ້ທານນັ້ນມີອານິສົງອັນປະເສີດ ທັ້ງໃນໂລກິຍະ ແລະ ໂລກຸດຕະຣະ. ບໍລິສຸດ ໓ ປະການປະກອບມີ: ໑). ເຈຕະນາສໍາປະທາ: ຜູ້ໃຫ້ທານຕ້ອງມີຄວາມຕັ້ງໃຈດີ ມີເຈຕະນາອັນບໍລິສຸດ. ໒). ວັດຖຸສໍາປະທາ: ວັດຖຸທີ່ຈະໃຫ້ທານນັ້ນຕ້ອງໄດ້ມາດ້ວຍຄວາມຊອບທໍາ. ໓). ປະຕິຄຄາຫະສໍາປະທາ: ບຸກຄົນທີ່ຈະຮັບເອົາທານນັ້ນກໍ່ຕ້ອງມີສີນອັນບໍລິສຸດ. ຄໍາລົງທ້າຍ: ລານທີ່ ໓໑ ໜ້າ ໑: ສັງກາດ ໑໒໑໒ ຕົວ ປີກົດເສັດ ເດືອນ ໘ ຂື້ນ ໘ ຄໍ່າ ວັນຈັນ ມື້ກັດໃຄ້ ຣິດຈະນາແລ້ວຍາມຕູດຊ້າຍ ພະຣາຊະສັດທາຫລວງ ສ້າງ ສະທໍາໂມປາຍານະ ໄວ້ກັບສາສະໜາ ຕາບຕໍ່ເທົ້າ ໕໐໐໐ ວັດສາ. ນິບພານະ ປັດຈະໂຍ ໂຫຕຸ ໂນ ທຸວັງ ນິດຈັງ ນິດຈັງ ກໍ່ຂ້າເທີ້ນ ສາທຸ.
The text tells about the alms-giving will have the great results, when it has completed with three purities. The three purities are: 1). Cetana sampada: the giver must have good and pure intentions. 2). Vatthu sampada: the things which are to be given must be obtained with righteousness. 3). Patiggaha sampada: the person who receives the alms must have holiness of morality. Colophon: Folio 31 on the recto side: Sangkat 1212, a kot set year, the eighth day of the waxing moon of the eighth lunar month, a Monday, a kat khai day, the writing was accomplished at the time of tut sai (between 12.00–13.30 o’clock). The royal king sponsored the making of this manuscript entitled Sathammopanyana to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May this be a condition for us to reach Nibbāna certainly and constantly. Amen!.
