Description: This handmade and tampered envelope contains photos, engravings, bibliographic references, original documents, and newspapers’ and magazines’ articles and clippings. These documents refer to Eduardo Olivera (1827 –1910). He was a rich landowner and politician who was founder and president of the Sociedad Rural (Rural Society) in Argentina. He founded it in 1866 when he returned from Europe where he had been studying in France, England, and Germany.
