Ab intestato estate settlement proceedings of Mateo de Rojas Contains an inventory and appraisal of assets, including mention of a horse, 2 mules, garments, 3 arrobas of tobacco, spices and a jug of wine It also includes a judgment ordering the payment of debts, procedural costs and the distribution of assets between Francisca Robles, the widow, and the deceased's 4 underage children It should be noted that folio 580 onwards contains documents relating to the estate settlement proceedings of Diego de Arcila (around 1675-1682) and the estate settlement proceeding of the alderman Juan Pablo Rublas, which took place between 1806 and 1810.

Mortuoria abintestato de Mateo de Rojas. Contiene inventario y avalúo de bienes en los que se mencionan un caballo, 2 mulas, ropa, 3 arrobas de tabaco, especias y una botija de vino. Incluye sentencia en la que se ordena el pago de las deudas, de las costas procesales y la repartición de bienes entre Francisca Robles, viuda, y los 4 hijos menores del difunto. Cabe anotar que a partir del folio 580 contiene documentos relativos a la mortuoria de Diego de Arcila (circa 1675-1682) y de la mortuoria del regidor Juan Pablo Rublas, adelantada entre 1806 y 1810.

Extent: 60 paper folios.

Condition of original material: Deteriorated. It shows signs of oxidation and iron gall ink stains. Folio 579 has tears. Folio 580 is very worn, with tears in the margins and on the inside, the paper shows signs of wear.
