Contiene testamento, inventario, avaluó, disposiciones y oposiciones a sus bienes entre los cuales se encuentran 3 personas esclavizadas de diferentes orígenes, incluye una obligación donde se dejó hipotecada a una mujer esclavizada, declaración sobre la compra de 2 personas esclavizadas en Cartagena, así como la venta de uno de estos en Buga, reclamo de dos personas esclavizadas en la ciudad de Anserma hecho por Clara Ortiz además de un pleito por la huida de un hombre esclavizado llamado Mateo, también contiene una real provisión para que se cumplan las disposiciones proveídas por el valor de un hombre esclavizado.

Condition of original material: Deteriorated state, worn paper, with ink stains, with holes in the central part of the folios, serious tears in the folios, folds in the folio, has folios severely damaged and destroyed by the iron gall ink in addition to having moisture damage in the lower margin of the folios, tears in the lower part of the folios. Note: folios 159 and 160 have only one photograph due to the poor condition of the document. The same applies to folios 468 and 469.
