Incluye la declaración de un hombre esclavizado llamado Marcos, criollo y ladino, sobre los bienes del difunto en Santa Fe de Antioquia, y que el difunto mando a un esclavizado, mulato y horro, a buscar unas mulas que se le habían perdido en el camino de Cancán. Además de la declaración de testigos sobre la muerte de la hija una mujer esclavizada llamada María. Tiene incluido recibos, el remate de un hombre esclavizado llamado Lorenzo y la fundación de una capellanía.
