Sakkhatti or Chakhattiya the twelfth episode of a total of 13 episodes of the Vessantara Jataka with 36 verses. The gods took pity, the earth shook, and lightening flashed in the clouds, and from the skies fell a shower of healthy rain that revived the royal family. May the results of this merit be a condition for Nirvana and to cut the five obstacles off, and to reach Nirvana as our wishes. May I obtain Arahantship. May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvana, constantly and certainly.
