Vinaya text on the precepts of Nitsakkhiyapacittiya which are a type of punishment for transgressing any of the precepts of Nissakkhiya Pachittiya and consists of 30 items. The offences of Nitsakkhiyapacittiya classified as a minor offense. The offence happened when a monk accepted or possessed any of requisites, which is lavish and kept it longer than limited period. He must waive the thing and confess an offence. For example, a monk is to keep an extra robe-cloth ten days at most. Beyond that, it is to be forfeited and confessed. Colophon: Folio 26 on the recto side: Sangkat 1184, a tao sanga year, the first day of the waning moon of the fifth lunar month, the fifth day of the week (Thursday), a hap mao day. The writing of this manuscript was finished at the time of thae kai thiang van (between 9.00 – 10.30 o’clock). Mahā Somdet Uparat Vangnā (The great voiceroy of the Front Palace) together with his wife and their children had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Sap Vinaya, to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvana. There are totally 8 fascicles.
