La carta, fechada el 30 de abril de 1920 y enviada por el Dr. Carlos Enrique Paz Soldán al secretario de la Federación de Estudiantes del Perú, expresa la satisfacción por la recepción de los oficios N° 101 y 102, que informan sobre las mociones aprobadas por la federación respecto al examen de admisión a medicina. Paz Soldán agradece el apoyo y aplauso de la federación hacia su actitud y el respaldo al criterio del centro federado de ciencias. Considera que este asunto contribuirá a fortalecer las tendencias democráticas en la universidad y las relaciones con la representación estudiantil.
