Supreme Resolution No. 866, dated May 18, 1912 and issued by the General Directorate of Public Instruction in Lima, is a copy in response to a letter from the rector of the Major University of San Marcos. The resolution provides for the granting of the land offered in 1909 to the university to be used as a playing field for the university students, the students of the National School of Guadalupe and the public schools of Lima, until the construction of its new premises begins. The university should negotiate agreements with the “Unión Criket” (Criket Union) club and the “Club Ciclista” (Cycling Club) so that they continue using the grounds, as long as they are not required for the school games, paying a monthly fee for the maintenance of the field.
La Resolución Suprema N° 866, fechada el 18 de mayo de 1912 y emitida por la Dirección General de Instrucción Pública en Lima, es una copia que responde a un oficio del rector de la Universidad Mayor de San Marcos. En la resolución se dispone la entrega de los terrenos ofrecidos en 1909 a la universidad para ser utilizados como campo de juego para los universitarios, los alumnos del Colegio Nacional de Guadalupe y las escuelas fiscales de Lima, hasta que se inicie la construcción de su nuevo local. La universidad deberá gestionar acuerdos con el club "Unión Criket" y el "Club Ciclista" para que continúen usando los terrenos, siempre que estos no sean requeridos para los juegos de los escolares, abonando una pensión mensual para la conservación del campo.
