En la misiva, se informa sobre una moción aprobada en la sesión ordinaria de la asociación, que tributa un voto de aplauso, simpatía y adhesión al Primer Congreso de Estudiantes en Cusco. La carta resalta la importancia de las conclusiones del congreso sobre la reforma de la enseñanza en Perú y expresa el deseo de colaborar con la federación para que los acuerdos sean considerados en la próxima ley orgánica de enseñanza. Se advierte que no contemplar dichas conclusiones sería una falta de compromiso por parte del gobierno y de los educadores.
