This letter, dated February 23, 1920, was sent by Mariano Cornejo Zenteno, president of the Senate, to Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre, president of the Student Federation of Peru. Esta carta, fechada el 23 de febrero de 1920, fue enviada por Mariano Cornejo Zenteno, presidente del Senado, a Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre, presidente de la Federación de Estudiantes del Perú. Cornejo responde con agrado a un oficio recibido el 11 de febrero, en el cual se le solicitaban libros para la biblioteca de los estudiantes. Con el deseo de apoyar esta iniciativa cultural, Cornejo informa que ha remitido cuatro tomos de sus discursos políticos, contribuyendo al acervo bibliográfico de la federación.
