Este oficio, dirigido al rector y redactado como parte de una comisión del consejo, aborda una solicitud de la Federación de Estudiantes del Perú (FEP) sobre la administración del campo deportivo de Santa Beatriz. Se refiere a la resolución gubernativa N° 866, emitida el 13 de mayo de 1912, que puso los terrenos deportivos a disposición de la universidad para uso de sus alumnos, autorizando también la celebración de acuerdos con el "Club Ciclista" y el "Unión Cricket" para el pago de pensiones destinadas a la conservación y mejora del lugar. Aunque posteriormente el consejo entregó la administración de los terrenos al Centro Universitario y a la FEP, no se autorizó a la federación a percibir las pensiones. Por ello, la FEP solicita al consejo que se aclare la cesión original, autorizando formalmente el cobro de dichas pensiones para asegurar el mantenimiento del campo deportivo.
