This letter, dated February 6, 1920 and addressed to the president of the Student Federation of Peru, comes from the director of the Normal School of Preceptors of Lima. Esta carta, fechada el 6 de febrero de 1920 y dirigida al presidente de la Federación de Estudiantes del Perú, proviene de la dirección de la Escuela Normal de Preceptores de Lima. En respuesta al oficio N° 18, el director confirma que asistirá junto con el personal docente al acto de colocación del retrato del ilustre escritor Ricardo Palma en el salón de actos de la Casa de Estudiantes, programado para el día siguiente.
