Esta carta, enviada el 5 de febrero de 1920 por la Librería Francesa Científica y Casa Editora Galland al presidente de la Federación de Estudiantes del Perú, informa sobre la donación de varios libros para la biblioteca de la federación, en respuesta a una solicitud realizada en octubre del año anterior. El remitente menciona que, aunque en el pasado pudieron enviar mayores cantidades de obras de medicina y derecho, ahora ofrecen este lote con el compromiso de recordar a la federación en futuros inventarios.
